The 2009 Challenge

The Microsoft UK Challenge, part of the Intelligent Sport ® World Series in aid of the NSPCC is the ultimate team-building event for businesses across the UK. Three days and four nights of adrenalin filled action see teams kayaking, mountain biking, navigating by torchlight and running, but also using their brains to crack codes and complete complex tasks. With details confirmed only hours before each stage, teams compete against the clock and against each other, while the organisers constantly push them to their limits.

Now in its ninth year, 2009 teams will compete against the stunning backdrop of the Cambrian Mountains, mid Wales from 10 – 14 June. As part of the Intelligent Sport ® World Series, teams will be competing to strive for a place in the World Team Challenge held in December 2009. And with an ambitious target to exceed the money raised by 2008 teams and a fundraising trophy at stake too, there will be tough competition to be the top fundraisers in 2009 as well as the top competing team.
